Owner and men’s grooming specialist, Todd Sambuco has over 11 years’ experience as a men’s stylist with hundreds of satisfied clients all over the greater Charlotte region, from salons to barbershops. Bringing a professional, corporate background and a must-win, entrepreneurial mindset to the barbershop business, Todd’s leadership is pushing the Sambuco Barber Company to be one of the most elite barbershops in the area. A graduate of Paul Mitchell, Todd's passion for cutting hair, style and customer service led him down this path. With a unique vision, a business degree, many various certifications in hair, a professional license, and covered in tattoos, Todd is on a mission and is a force to be reckoned with.

SARAH SAMBUCO
Sarah grew up in the barbershop. Her father, mother and brother are all barbers. In addition to Sambuco Barber Company, Sarah is currently crushing it as a digital product manager and strategist supporting enterprise companies and small businesses worldwide. Following the family footsteps into the family business, Sarah brings a unique and innovative fire to one of the world’s most traditional professions. Sarah is happily married to her best friend Todd, and is the proud mother of their three beautiful children.

DREW
Drew is passionate about both his craft and his clients. With nearly 18 years’ experience cutting men’s hair, he loves waking up every morning and going to “The Shop” – not work. One of Drew’s specialty cuts is the bald fade because it showcases the many important elements of a haircut: cleanliness, precision, and patience. Drew’s clients are always impressed with his creativity, impeccable attention
to detail and his focus on creating an exceptional customer experience with every cut.

PATRICK
An impressive third-generation craftsman of men’s grooming, Patrick is of direct lineage from men of a different age. His grandfather and great-grandfather hailed from a time where men were men, and understood the value of a clean cut and fresh shave.
Following in his family’s footsteps, Patrick has been behind the chair for over 15 years' and has been an educator for 6 years. He grew up in Pennsylvania, then moving to Rhode Island to get his training at Paul Mitchell the School before moving to his now home of Kannapolis, NC.
Patrick was the former Cutting Specialist at the Paul Mitchell School in Rhode Island and Charlotte, where he taught future generations of the industry. Steeped in tradition, but on the cutting edge of how the modern gentleman should look. Patrick’s clients always leave his chair satisfied and looking sharp.

Gervon
Gervon is a Minnesota native with over 22 years' experience cutting men's hair. He has a laidback personality and enjoys relaxed conversation with his guests. Gervon specializes in men's short hair styles like bald fades and classic business cuts. He loves adding that extra attention to detail to your line-up or beard trim.
John
John is a Mississippi native and began his barbering career in Florida in 2016. With 7 years of experience cutting men’s hair, John is a seasoned artisan specializing in fades and classic cuts. John’s dedication to detail is the hallmark of his work, believing his role is not just to cut hair, but to positively transform individuals. John’s ability to adapt his techniques to a diverse range of hair types and styles showcases his versatility and dedication to clients.
Kelly
Kelly, who comes to us from Colorado, has been behind the chair since 2013 and has been educating since 2018. Her specialties include skin fades, beards, straight razor shaves, and curly cuts, but she finds a deep interest in doing everything across the board. Trends constantly change, so Kelly strives to always evolve and learn more in her trade. The best part of the job is making people feel good about themselves, whether it be gaining confidence from a detailed haircut or having a great conversation. Building strong connections with her clientele, to where she can catch up on life, joke around, and just have a good time while giving a great cut and shave is something Kelly loves the most about working as a barber. It is a beautiful thing when you get to do what you are passionate about every day, and she definitely finds that every day when working in the shop
Meghan
Meghan is a Rhode Island native who also has extensive experience in the industry. She went to Paul Mitchell the School and was behind the chair for 13 years before moving to her new home town of Kannapolis, NC. Meghan is our Shop Boss and is also working on Business Development.
