Cancellation Policies & Fees
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, we do ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Customers who cancel an appointment within 3 hours of the service time will be charged in full for the scheduled service. No Call - No Shows will result in a charge of the full price of the scheduled service. Fees resulting from cancellations and no call - no shows must be paid in full before we can accept future appointments.
Children policy
We only cut gentlemen, 8 years and older. If your child needs assistance then he isn’t ready for our environment. For the courtesy of our guests all children must behave, no crying or screaming. Please understand we are creating an environment and experience for gentlemen. For everyone’s safety (sharp objects around head and face) all children must be able to sit still in the chair by themselves and wear a cape at all times.
late arrivals
We ask that you please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals, however, the length of the service time may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of our other guests. If you arrive late and it is determined that there is not enough time to complete your service to our quality standards, you may be asked to either receive a shortened service, or reschedule your appointment. Whether you have received a shortened service or have reschedule your appointment, the full amount of the scheduled services will apply.
